Overcoming Doubt

Have you gone through seasons when you doubted?

Your faith, worth, abilities, value, and even your gifts?

Do you doubt your voice matters and that you can make an impact in this crazy-town, broken world?

If we’re honest, I think we’ve all struggled with doubt at one time or another.

Friend, pick up your Sword of the Spirit and swing it high. The fight is fought with the Word of God, and that, my friend, is a powerful weapon!

The most comforting thing to know is the Lord fights for us, and He welcomes us to come to Him with our doubts.

We can be open and honest with God–He is gracious and merciful toward us.

When we feel like giving up and giving in, He sends someone to encourage us not to doubt and not to quit.

When doubt rises up, slice it with your Sword because when we divide doubt, it cannot stand. Do I hear an Amen?
